Life's Good Coriander & Almond Paste has its origins in the courts of the Moghul emperors of Northern India and Pakistan. This rich combination of coriander and almonds, with a depth of complex spices creates a flavour that will keep you coming back for more. Known traditionally as Badam Pasanda, this paste was used as the base for a lamb curry dish. In the present day, chicken or prawns are commonly used with delicious results.
This is my go-to every summer. I love popping this on some chicken or pork or prawn kebabs and cooking on the BBQ. I just mix with a little milk or coconut cream and let marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.
