How much will shipping cost?

We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $80.

Orders within Australia under $80 will incur a flat rate of $15 including GST.

Shipping and Replacements Policy

At Life’s Good Curry Pastes we are committed to bringing you both amazing products and amazing customer service.

When you place an order with us we will try our very best to ship it as soon as possible. This usually means dispatch within 2 days of your order being placed. Examples of factors which may alter this are bank delays in your direct deposit hitting our account, weekends, public holidays or out of stock items. You will be notified immediately of any out of stock items. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email letting you know your order Is on the way including a tracking number.

If we have made a mistake and shipped the incorrect products to you, we will send you the correct products straight away at our cost.

We take the utmost care in packing our precious pastes for shipment to you. If a shipment is damaged by our carrier, please contact us by phone or email to let us know. It is also a good idea to contact the carrier to let them know too. We will always work with you to achieve a positive outcome. If a jar is damaged during shipping, you will be offered a credit for a free replacement of the same product with your next order. Damaged shipments are a very rare occurrence, so please contact us via email discuss how we can make it right.

Choose carefully during the ordering process, as we don’t allow for returns if you change your mind or order the wrong product.

Do you ship overseas?

We can certainly ship overseas however you'll need to contact us via email to obtain a shipping quote. We love sending our pastes overseas as it feels like we are going on a little holiday ourselves!!
