Life's Good Coriander & Almond Paste has its origins in the courts of the Moghul emperors of Northern India and Pakistan. This rich combination of coriander and almonds, with a depth of complex spices creates a flavour that will keep you coming back for more. Known traditionally as Badam Pasanda, this paste was traditionally used as the base for a rich creamy special occasion curry dish. We love it as a coconut cream based vegetable curry or as a marinade on our favourite root vegetables before we oven roast them.
