Simply the best
Over the years I have tried many curry pastes, even making my own from scratch. So I can say this paste is the best you will find. I have been buying this paste for well over a decade to make Green Chicken Curry. Using this paste makes it so simple, yet ever so tasty.
Cooking tip: first put a small amount of coconut cream in the pan, then add the paste and continue to stir while frying over moderate heat for a couple of minutes. Doing it this way helps stop the paste spiting out of the pan if you fry it on its own.
