Life's Good Massaman Curry Paste is made in the Thai style and is designed to bring you fresh authentic flavours while being amazingly simple to prepare. Massaman is a traditional Muslim Curry Paste which has its origins in central Thailand. Massaman Paste is superbly fragrant and spicy due to the array of dry spices it contains. The layering of these dry spices such as cardamom, cloves, coriander, cumin and cinnamon through the paste makes it particularly excellent with red meats such as beef, lamb and goat.
